Am I safe to run this game on Windows 10?

My PC specs are blow the recommended, nothing I can do about this now, they'll have to stick

8gb Ram 1866mz

i7 2700k

GTX 970 4gb

Windows 10 (latest)

I just tried the demo The recommended configurement came out medium. 1080p, 30fps. No frame drops. I have 2 TVs output, with the 2nd screen frequently playing TV shows if I game.

Task manager CPU usage - avg 40% - seen it go up to 60% at short intervals. Memory usage avg 86% - seen it go up to 95% sometimes.

My question is, is this safe/ok, or am I playing with fire (literally)?

I own Blizzard Mountain already from Xbox days, and the version I wanna buy comes with Hot Wheels expansion. I don't know if getting the full game means performance drops in certain non demo areas.

I am not sure if my memory usage is too high to play for periods of time.

I tried lowering game to 720p and setting GFX config to low but it basically made no difference. Resolution did nothing at all. GFX config reed up about 2% memory and less than 10% CPU.
