I have a user that always transcodes down to 720p when first starting any movie. Their xbox is setting the quality to convert automatically every time they play something. Once they change it to original, it direct plays just fine and I don't have to transcode. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening? I don't own an xbox and they're not exactly tech savvy so I'm kinda stuck.
