Streaming with Elgato HD60 vs HD60s

Hi Guys, I'm currently streaming on PC but also streaming AC: Origins on Xbox One. In order to get the overlay/webcam for my Xbox stream, my current setup is that I use the W10 built-in streaming function (with the Xbox app) to stream my Xbox to my PC than capture my screen with OBS. This create a bit of a input lag because basically I'm streaming a "stream"

I'm interested in buying either one of the two product: Egato HD60 vs Elgato HD60s. I'm streaming in 720p@30FPS on pc and would like to do the same on my Xbox. (Gaming full res but streaming 720@30).

Is there anyone that know a bit about these 2 product and would help me in making the right choice? TL:DR I want to stream game on my Xbox at 720p@30FPS using OBS on my pc instead of the built-in Twitch app or W10 streaming function.
