I don't know how to build a pc for what im looking for. I wont be playing games on this desktop or laptop. I will be streaming and video editing for twitch and youtube. I play on ps4, xbox one, and switch. I know I will need a capture card, but I wanted to know what pc or desktop do i need to look at and price range too because I want to stream at of course 720p or 1080p
