So i had built my first ever gaming PC in late june 2017 using some used parts like the motherboard and CPU and GPU and ive been slowly upgrading my stuff. Mainly because ive been buying games, presents and yes.. CSGO skins and knives XDDD.. Anyway.. ive just ordered some new RAM and ive decided that its time i think about a new GPU. Ive currently got the EVGA GTX 670 2GB GPU but im considering the 1050Ti or something like that. I have a friend who has been telling me not to get it and i could if im patent enough just wait till i get paid next and blow all my money on a GTX 1070 at Christmas or whatnot. Im wondering if its better to get something like a 1050 or even go as far as a RX 480 or 580 or something. Really i dont want to spend over £350-400 on a new graphics card since i do want to save between £100-150 for a new 1080p monitor since the one im currently using is my friends old 720p with only VGA cables and id like something i can utilise some spare HDMI cables ive got laying around that i bought for taking my xbox to college one day. If you have any suggestions or alternatives for "budget" GPUs or anything in general that could improve my build further please let me know.
