Hey, last night I bought a prebuilt desktop (HP Pavilion Power 580-023w) turned it on and my neither my monitor or TV would get a signal.
Did some research and tried everything I could to get it to display something, but no luck. So, thinking it was broken, I exchanged it for another one at a different store today.
Brought it home and it's the exact same situation.
The computer has power (lights are on and I can hear the fans running, same as last night.) and my monitor and TV works with my Xbox One S and laptop.
Not my HDMI cable either, as I have tested out multiple and they all work with other devices.
Although my monitor is 720p so could that be an issue? Honestly not sure if my TV is 1080p or 720p either.
Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just don't understand what it could possibly be.
I doubt there's anything broken cause that just seems too ridiculous.
