it may only works for OG Xbox one, my OG xboxone has been sold since I got my X, so I can't test it.
Set the output resolution to 720p if you don't care about lower resolution, it doesn't works for xboxone x because it will do 4k with super samplings to 720p on X automatically.
And for sure don't forget to turn off Xbox's game DVR.
