Plex apps stop during video playback on most of my devices.

Hi all.

I have been using plex for a few years now and have not had any problems. All of a sudden now I cant finish any shows I watch on a lot of my devices. mostly I get an error saying player_error_connection_failed and "an unexpected error has occurred while decoding the media" I have a new TV Sumsung KS8000 it this has happened since I got it. Usually u use the xbox one app but this has recently began to do the same, along with my ios app. PC app seems to be ok for now.

I assume its some setting that ive changed but I cant seem to fix it. My internet connections is 25mb down 5mb up.

I just want this to go back to working on all my devices. I don't care if it desnt run everything at the highest resolution, just smooth, uninterrupted playback would be enough.

Server version: 3.20.7 Web, PC Server 1.9.4.4325

OS: samsung ks8000 xbox one IOS PC

Clients, w/ versions, if applicable: 3.1.0(3.8.0) Samsung tv 2.0.1.6 xbox one 4.17 IOS 3.2.20-25990c77 Laptop (not server)

What you did? brought a new tv. played with setting when things didn't work..

What happened? xbox one, Samsung tv and ios apps do not play files

What you expected? everything to play smooth on all devices

What are your (relevant) settings? TV: local quality: 1.5mbps 480p, online and remote quality: 1.5mbps 480p

PC Server streaming video quality: 2mbps 720p

Laptop Video Quality: Original, Remote: Original, Direct play, direct streaming and limit bandwidth when metered are all on.

IOS internet streaming and home streaming: 2mbps 720p

Xbox one local quality: 4mbps 720p, remote: 4mbps 720p, online: 4mbps 720p
