Built my girlfriend a streaming PC however we are not getting solid performance from the build I put together. Is i5-7500 not good enough to stream XB1 gameplay at 30fps through elgato cap card? Tried NVENC and X264 both give similar choppy results. Any guesses or recommendations?

Current obs settings for her: NVENC 4000 Bitrate High Performance profile 1280x720 Base Res (but 1920x1080 monitor) she only streams 720. 30 FPS
