THIS IS A SCRIPT OF A VIDEO I WILL BE MAKING: Chances are, I am going to get many dislikes and tons of criticism on this video, similar to my first video, “The Xbox One X is a rip-off and nobody knows it.” Instead of doing so, I would love for you to dislike the video and prove me wrong in every point I make in the video, if you miss one, then that counts as I am wrong, I will then debate with you and soon after chances are, you will start going off topic and calling my channel name stupid and such. Also, please note that this video is directed to people who believe that iPhones are better than Samsung Galaxy phones, not towards people who prefer iPhones. Either way, feel free to watch this very educational video. Let’s start when Apple released its first very well known product, the iPhone. The iPhone was the first phone to have a touchscreen instead of the number pad on most phones. There was pretty much no competition back in the day, the iPhone was definitely the best phone power wise, but not the best value wise. The next round of the Phone wars began, with the iPhone 3G. Apple once again won this fight. But then, the iPhone 4 released, a new rival appeared, the Samsung Galaxy S. It was worse power-wise, but had a greater value. The next iPhone generation started the Apple we have today, major rip-offing. Samsung began releasing more phones between Apple’s releases, with little changes to fit consumer’s needs. Back to Apple, their goal was to make a phone that would be weak but be marked up tons. They would then throw on a pretty homescreen, phone case, and some apps to make their new iPhone seem like a whole new innovation. Most people believed it. Most people who have an Apple product that is still used frequently, chances are, didn’t know much about electronics, Apple really took advantage of this. They compiled all of that trust from the years before and then started ripping you off. The Samsung Galaxy S3 was the iPhone 5’s competitor at that time. This time Samsung was beating Apple specifications-wise but many claimed that the iPhone 5 was better because of it’s plastic material. The Samsung S3 had better resolution with the iPhone 5 having 640x1136 and the Samsung S3 hitting the 720p mark at 720x1280. Resolutions determine the quality of the display. Displays are made up of pixels, the more pixels the better. The display displays red, green and blue tricking your eyes that they are different colors. Since the Samsung S3 had slightly better resolution, everything looked better. The Samsung S3 had much more features than the iPhone 5 as well. The S3 also had a better selfie-camera, but that doesn’t really matter unless you’re vain. The S3 had a better processor with a 1400MHz, with the iPhone 5 having a 1300MHz processor. The higher the MHz the better. The iPhone 5 had the greater storage phone on the market, at 64GB, and the S3 having 32GB max, however, you can upgrade your storage with MicroSD slots, meaning the S3 beats the 5 on that one. The S3 also had a replaceable battery, whilst the 5 didn’t. The S3 as well came with a much, much, much better battery, around four times better than the iPhone 5. U.S S3’s had 2GBs of RAM, (Random Access Memory), whilst the iPhone 5 has 1GB of RAM. The S3 as well had USB 2.0. The Samsung S3 costed $100 and the iPhone 5 was $150. Samsung then released their Samsung S4 & S5, whilst Apple was planning their 6th iPhone. The main competition in 2015 became the Samsung S6 vs the iPhone 6. While planning the iPhone 6, Apple stole the idea of having many colors of their phone cases. They then began making their phones in many colors after seeing an explosion of Samsung S3, S4, & S5 popularity because of the colors. A giant outrage occurred because of the lacking of a headphone jack on the iPhone 6. It was a short outrage though. The S6 has a slightly smaller screen but also has more screen compared to the body. The Samsung S6 had a 1440p screen and the iPhone 6 has 1080p. The back camera on the S6 is 16megapixels max, (16 million pixels) and the iPhone 6 has 8 megapixels. The S6 as well has a much better selfie camera, which again, doesn’t really matter. The S6 has a much better processor with 2100MHz and the iPhone 6 having 1400MHz. The S6 as well has eight cores and the iPhone 6 has only two meaning the iPhone 6 can only process two things at once. The iPhone 6 has a slightly better battery. The Samsung S6 has 3GB of RAM and the iPhone 6 only has 1GB. The iPhone 6 has a newer bluetooth version. The S6 was as well significantly cheaper than the iPhone 6. Now let’s compare the newest pair of phones, the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the iPhone 7. The S7 has an IP rating of 68, and the iPhone 7 has an IP rating of 67, meaning the Samsung Galaxy S7 is more water resistant. The iPhone 7 as well has a hilariously low resolution compared the S7, the S7 has a 1440x2560 resolution whilst the iPhone 7 has a 750x1334 resolution. The S7 as well has a bigger screen to body ratio at 72.30% whilst the iPhone 7 has a 65.71%. The S7 and iPhone 7 tie for the main camera. The iPhone 7 wins at only one thing, having a better selfie camera. The iPhone 7 has a faster processor than the S7 but the operating system takes up much more processor speed than the Andriod operating systems. This is because Apple decided to take little RAM and instead power the OS with mostly CPU power. So after including the OS, the iPhone 7 processor is significantly slower than the Samsung Galaxy S7. The S7 has 4GB of RAM, whilst the iPhone 7 only has two. The S7 as well has a headphone jack, MicroUSB, a much better battery, upgradable storage, wireless charging, more hearing aid compatibility, USB 2.0, and HD voice. Apple fanboys must be thinking, “well the S7 must be much more expensive!” Wrong. The Samsung S7 costs $450 and the iPhone 7 costs $650. Also, it costs $225 to make an iPhone 7, and it costs $255 to make a Samsung S7. That means Apple is making you spend an extra $425 for a small computer with a touchscreen, that is much worse than the S7. Now let’s answer some criticism I most likely will get. Apple: The specs don’t matter, I just care about the OS. Samsung: Okay, let’s take out all of the components, have fun with your iPhone! Apple: Not what I meant, I mean I like the OS better. Samsung: So you rather pay $200 extra so you can find things easier? Apple: Also it has my favorite apps. Samsung: You probably only have the most popular apps, Andriod has stuff from Facebook to Youtube. My point is, don’t deny facts. I don’t care at all if you prefer Apple, just like how I don’t care if you prefer Xbox over PC, just don’t claim that the superior device is worse than the inferior device, because then you say it to someone who will believe it, then another person will, and then an entire false cycle goes on. That’s going to be it for this video, I will be making 2 videos about consoles after this one, then I will make part 2 of this video, which will be directed to the Mac and answer the criticism of this video at the end of it, which I may or may not get. Have an amazing day.
