My question comes more on the air of backwards compatibility/future ability. I have a PS4 Pro and original Xbox mainly cause I had it gifted to me. I've floated from many systems and am in conundrum now and keeping pro for exclusives.
- GameCube and Gameboy Advanced --> sold
- PC and PSP --> sold
- PC and PS2 --> sold
- PC and Xbox 360 --> sold and changed pc specs
- PC and PS3 slim --> sold and gaming on 1440p x 900 monitor still
- PC, PS4 --> sold and upgraded to 1080p monitor for PC and replaced PS4 with pro
- PC , PS4 Pro, original Xbox gifted to me, I also upgraded to 4K monitor - current status
So I've loved all my systems and I'm actually using my pro this time around a lot more than my PS3 which I barely used compared to my pc. My question comes more on the air of backwards compatibility. I have a PS4 Pro and original Xbox mainly cause I got it as a gift. I have upgraded my pc throughout the years running at 1440 x 900p screen until late 2015 when I switched to 1080p and 980ti. Then I upgraded monitor again to 4K when I got the PS4 Pro last year.
So my question is what original xbox titles are coming to Xbox one X are they being remastered toward 1080p or just compatible with Xbox 360 backwards compatible? Furthermore beyond crimson skies what games are coming? Forza, Halo combat evolved, Halo 2, Fight Night Round 1, 2, 3, etc... I'm interested as I have these game on original Xbox but most of them play like shit but if they all work on the Xbox One X Upscaled 1080p I'm happy.
The Xbox 360 naturally upscales titles to 600-720ish P same with PS3 so I've been considering either getting a 360 to backward compatible with my Xbox or get a fat PS3 and emulating other ps titles on my computer.
I'm really split I really just want to play some halo 2 with buddies and fight night rounds 1,2,3,4 and champions. If backward compatibility does come Around I might save my Back account and get an Xbox one S for back compatibility or emulate on pc but I'm worried about glitches etc.... overall I just need console systems to be backwards compatible no issues like is it on my PC.
