Provide any additional details you wish below.

Finally trying to upgrade from a simple laptop (plays skyrim at 720p 20fps min settings lol). I would like the option to play new games at 1080p 60fps high, however most games that I currently own o steam will probably not be so demanding(TES IV and V, KSP). However I am very interested in trying out Star Citizen and would love the option to get games for PC instead of Xbox One (Ex. Destiny 2 and possibly Halo 6). I decided on 16GB of RAM for Web browsing but I don't know if that is overkill. I am willing to wait until the holiday season because as I understand AMD and Nvidia should have announced/release Vega and Volta by then.
