Gaming Laptop for Streaming - Beam.Pro - Need Advice

I hope this post is ok. I see lots of great support in this community for building a PC. I hope someone can provide some insight for my needs in regard to a laptop. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I am looking at a new laptop for streaming. I stream 90% of the time from my Xbox One. The purpose for the laptop is for encoding the video from the Xbox and hosting it on Beam. I use an Elgato HD 60 Pro for capture. I won't be playing the actual game on the laptop.. I understand the pros/cons when using a laptop versus a desktop. I don't have the setup at home to support a desktop streaming PC to support my Xbox gaming room/center. Now that is out of the way :) I am looking at this Dell:

  • Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming, i7-7700HQ (6MB Cache, up to 3.8 GHz), GTX 1050Ti 4GB GDDR5, 16GB 2400MHz DDR4

The CPU and graphics card seem up to spec for streaming 720p/30fps when comparing it to minimum/best specs for a desktop. Looking for validation or recommendations for other laptops/manufacturers. My budget is around 900-1200. I have checked Asus ROG and MSi and they are quite expensive for what I think I need. Dell's price point for the hardware is quite good in my opinion. Thank you for any input.

The reason I want to get a new laptop is the laptop I am running now is severely under powered and my CPU is running in the upper 80s and lower 90s when streaming. My goal is to achieve a smooth and quality video stream.
