XBOX ONE S WEIRD AUDIO ISSUE

Equipment: Sony XBR900C (TV) ONKYO TXSR-545 (Receiver) Xbox One S, TIVO from crappy cableone

Wired: 1 HDMI to TV (HDMI 1) to ONKYO TV OUT, XBOX via HDMI 2.2 to BD/DVD port (4K 2.2 compatable port input). Tivo is ran HDMI in to Cable/SAT on Onkyo.

BACK STORY: Everything has worked fine, xbox one S new christmas gift, watched several 4K shows with DTS & DD 5.1 audio, played several games. Played some BF1, turned everything off VIA harmony elite one click, went to bed, went to work, game home turned everything on and the issue below happens.

TIVO: audio is fine comes through all speakers.

XBOX: NO Sound from Dashboard, games, or youtube, except SUB.

Sound works VIA netflix (only from started stream, no clicks) Bluray player app works as well.

Troubleshooting steps taken: 1. Changed out streams via xbox, swapped HDMI cables with Cablebox, changed TV resolution (720p, 1080p, 4K) VIA xbox, changed external input settings via sony sytem setting on TV., Hard reset xbox, soft reset xbox.

Only thing left is factory restore xbox :-(

This xbox is NOT a preview consoled

Any other solutions to try?? PLan to call Micrsoft Tech support when I get in tonight.
