I want to beef up my streaming rig. I only stream FIFA 17 from Xbox through OBS and elgato and it runs ok on 720p downscaled through OBS. All I want is to run OBS at 1080p 60fps, have my webcam run at anything higher than 480 my whole stream drops frames if I run higher on the cam. I understand that running Spotify during stream is taxing but I want a PC that can handle the best stream possible. My internet is banging, I run at 2500 but can go up to 3400 if needed. Here are my specs: GPU -Nvidia GeForce G T610 CPU - AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quadcore processor 8GB ram (8 gb usable) hard drive died so I got A Samsung 500g SSD. windows 10 64 bit. Should I swap out my CPU? I heard AMD isn't ideal for streaming. My OBS settings are very kind to the CPU (down scaling, low res webcam etc) still drop a few frames from FPS-30 and that's not cool!
