Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.

A backstory + problem: So I got to use my new PC last month for one weekend, before I have to wait until Christmas, even though I worked for my dad to get the PC, he wants something for me to look forward to. Anyway, I was installing a bunch of games, CS:GO being one of them. No matter what resolution/graphics setting, the framerate sticks to 150-180 fps in 1080p lowest settings, 720p lowest settings 180-230 fps. I have a few friends with far worse PCs, that get double the framerate I get at 1080p Lowest. The thing is though, it only happens in CS:GO, different source games like TF2 and GMod work fine. Considering the PC can run GTA V fully maxed out at constant 80-90 fps I don't see why it has a problem with CS:GO, I'm aware that the game is CPU intensive but even with games like Arma 3 I can max it out and still get 50-60 fps @ 1080p.

List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem. * Updated my GPU drivers, * Took off the FPS cap. * Disabled Xbox DVR.

Post relevant photos of build/parts here.

Provide any additional details you wish below.

I'm aware that this isn't the best place to post this but /r/GlobalOffensive will downvote this into the ground because it's not a highlight/rant on Valve and I won't be able to find an answer.
