What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

For streaming to twitch via xbox only....No PC gaming whatsoever. I stream Fifa 17 from xbox, via OBS, and elgato HD60. I will render clips for Youtube tutorials as well.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

looking for OBS to handle 1080p feed from elgato and to support a hi res from my logitech 920 webcam. I currently have to run in 720p at 60fps just to ensure no dropped frames/high encoding

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)? looking to spend and additional $1000 to add to what I have (or start from scratch if you think my current build is a throw away)

here is what I currently use to achieve an average stream to twitch. GPU -Nvidia GeForce G T610 CPU - AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quadcore processor 8GB ram (8 gb usable) windows 10 64 bit. Samsung SSD 500g. ATX, microATX motherboard. A condenser mic running through the scarlet 212 audio interface.

I have these basic components in the Apevia Xsniper2 Case with 1 fan. Is overclocking something I should be looking into ? I can stream fine but don't want to run into high encoding issues with OBS. All of my OBS settings are kind on the CPU already so it's time to purchase some real components. Please let me know if I should build or add to current set up. I'm not PC savvy and welcome any suggestions as to better my set up for optimal streaming. Many Thanks
