I'm looking for a new monitor and I've done a bit of research and people say downgrading resolution on a monitor looks horrible, but since the Xbox one games are at 1080p, 900p or 720p, does anyone own a 1440p monitor or 4K and is it really bad looking on X1 or is it fine? Right now I'm on a 21.5 inch 1080p monitor and it looks absolutely fine.
TL;DR: I'm upgrading my monitor for my Pc, and I'm wondering if the Xbox one won't be distorded on a 1440p or 4K screen.
