The quality is constantly changing between what I would guess is 1080p and 720p. The video will load to 1080p and then like 60 seconds later the quality will drop to 720p and I'll get the spinning circle in the middle of the screen for like 10 seconds and it will go back to 1080p. The stream doesn't stop, but it just drops the quality. After an hour of watching one of the games on this morning, it was still happening. It's been do this for as long as I can remember, although it hasn't always done this. I have my Xbox connected with a cable, I'm not using wifi, I have 100 Mb Internet speed, there is no other activity on my network, so I'm not really sure what the issue is. I only have these issues in the ESPN app on my Xbox. If I Chromecast ESPN to my TV from my tablet, the quality is perfect, or if I watch other video apps on my Xbox like Netflix or Amazon, those are perfect too.
I've already tried a hard reset. Only thing non standard about my system is that I'm in the Xbox update preview program.
