Building a PC dedicated for streaming Twitch from my consoles (PS4 & Xbox ONE) but would like advice! (Budget)

• What is your intended use for this build?

My build will be more solely on streaming on Twitch and everyday use however I do know this build can support PC gaming which I may consider playing a little often.

• If gaming/streaming, what kind of performance are you looking for?

I would like to run 720p streaming smoothly possibly 60fps however I am on a budget and would like the best possible options to my build I have in the link at the bottom of the post, I would like to be able to use this PC for everyday use i.e streaming 1080p videos smoothly on Crunchyroll.

• What is your budget?

Since I do live in the UK I would prefer that my parts stay within the UK to prevent international shipping costs, my budget is £400-£450

I currently do not have a graphics card as I am unsure if my build will require one and another mention is my case 'Bitfenix Nova Midi Tower will be purchased in White which relates to another sub question is there any possible parts i.e Motherboard that can be purchased in white as I am looking for a predominantly White build! :)
