How to have Harmony Ultimate Hub start Netflix app on LG Smart TV?

• TV: LG 55" Smart TV Model # LG 55LF6000
• Harmony Ultimate Hub (only Hub and IR Blaster, no remote)
• Amazon Echo
• Yonomi

I am trying to create an activity where the command, "Start Netflix" will switch on the TV, go to the Smart Hub and then start Netflix app from the Smart TV apps.

Is that possible to do? If not, can I do it using any other device like a Xbox One, PS4, Chromecast?

I know it is kind of possible with a Roku but I would like to avoid it because I have one that is 720p and I am not too keen on adding any more AV devices...unless my hand is forced.
