How to get your channel on cable operators and other platforms

Hello,

I work for the Los Angeles based company Frequency Networks. We specialize in digital video distribution, and this fall will be integrating our technology and content licensing agreements into set-top boxes and mobile devices of cable operators. This new service is an augmented television experience that will compliment tradition TV and VOD, a “made-for-web” experience streamed directly to your living room.

Through the first part of 2017 we expect our network to reach 50 million households and 120 million mobile devices with continued growth as we partner with new operators and platforms. All content is ad supported and out the gate will have a CPM of $15-$25. Our agreement is non-exclusive.

We have already partnered with several of the top cable and mobile operators in the US, Europe, and Asia. Our content providers range from MCNs, independent creators, digital brands, television networks, news agencies, and record labels. Currently we have about 120 content deals and are expecting to double that by launch.

Our optional Content Management System allow you to deliver your content, with one upload, to other platforms like Go90, Watchable, Xbox, Playstation Network, Dailymotion, etc. (anywhere we can build an API).

In order to partner with us you do not have to be crushing the views, but we are looking for some specifics…

1) 720p or higher 2) Consistent in producing content on a daily, weekly or monthly basis 3) Good and consistant metadata, thumbnails, and descriptions 4) Overal good content that is engaging, interesting, appealing, well produced
