Sorry for the trash post but I've moved from a 1080p monitor to a 720p one and upon plugging my Xbox One in I get the message "Out of Range"; indicating the resolution is unsupported.
I've tried the trick of holding the Xbox button and eject in order to start up in resolution mode and this has not solved the problem either. I'm 99% certain that the resolution is the problem as I had the same problem a while ago with the same TV and solved it by changing the resolution of the Xbox on a different TV which I currently don't have access to.
I can still receive audio, just no video. Ive also tried narrator mode but I can't get this to turn on for some reason.
If anyone feels helpful and willing, could you please give me direct inputs for navigating to the resolution settings of the device so that I can pick through them and get a supported resolution?
Thank you very much in advance :)
