Hey guys, so a couple of weeks ago I took my 1st gen Xbox 1.3 out of its box and decided to flash the TSOP, install a new harddrive,etc. I softmodded it years ago and never had any problems with it. So anyway, the TSOP flash went well and it runs everything I throw at it (apps,games and even the original dashboard). I also got component cables and enabled 480p/720p (which makes quite a nice improvement). The only thing that is bugging me now is that I just CAN'T launch Avalaunch. The default dash is UnleashX and I also have the MS dash and EvoX installed, both works fine but Avalaunch just hangs at the boot screen. I found other .zip, same thing. Anything I'm missing? So far it's the only .xbe that isn't working. I don't NEED it except that it would be great for nostalgia purposes lol
