What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

I want to be able to stream xbox one games on twitch and have the stream quality to be smooth with little to no lag. i also want to be able to download sony vegas and adobe vegas without it lagging and being slow. My budget is up to $700 i will try to save more if possible

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

720p is all i really care for
