Live Gamer HD can't accept 1080p and stream @ 720p @ 60fps

Hi.

Just as the title says. I can no longer send a 1080p signal from my Xbox 1 to the card which outputs 1080p to the monitor and have xsplit broadcast at 720p @ 60fps. Before recent patches from avermedia and xsplit it would do this fine. However, recent updates have now locked my fps at 30fps when using the above settings. The only way I can get the card to stream at 60fps is to set the Xbox to 720p. I used to be able to play at 1080p and record at 720p. I told xsplit this but their support was just a generic it's meant to to that response.

Any help or information is appreciated.
