Why was my UltraTV Music Fest video so crappy?

I use Time Warner Cable 55 Mb down 5 Mb up

I tried on 4 different platforms, all with the same results. Basically, massive macro blocking unless the screen was over half black. Audio was fine.

1) Xbox One, hardwired 2) Chromebook wireless 3) Intel i5 Laptop, hardwired (from the twitch video stats screen, I noticed my video was 1080 but the source video was 720, so I changed my desktop to 720 and got 30 fps with almost no dropped frames. Before I was 5-10 fps. but still pixelated) 4) Hackintosh, hardwired.

I'm hoping that post-festival the online vids will not have this issue. But someone upstream was screwing with the bandwidth. It almost wasn't worth watching. No buffering issues.

Don't remember TomorrowLand being this bad at all. Is there any thing I can do on my end to improve this?
