On both a Gen 1 Chromecast and 2 Different Xbox 360s (one slim, one original) , If i set quality to original, no matter what the original bitrate is, it will skip and stutter almost constantly. If i set the quality to anything that is a set bitrate, IE 4Mbps 720p or even 10Mbps 1080p, playback is flawless.
The Plex server is hosted in a datacenter on a symmetric 1Gbps connection. All 3 of these clients are on a residential 75Mbps/5Mbps connection. Using a PC or Nexus 5 on the same residential connection, no issues no matter what quality i set. So im 99% sure its not a Bandwidth issue. What else could be causing these issues?
