Help Recording Live Commentaries With (and without) Friends

WARNING: This isn't your normal Recording problems, this has many variables and is really pissing me off.

At the moment, my set-up is a shitty laptop with an extra monitor plugged in through hdmi, then my Xbox (the thing I'm recording) is on the other side of the room where i can see it if I'm looking at my computer. The Xbox is all wired up over there with an Elgato Game Capture which has a 5 metre USB going from the Elgato to my laptop. My laptop is so shitty that I can't properly record in 1080p without it fucking up. This mean all my normal captures are in 720p 30fps. When I'm playing my Xbox, i need to turn around my seat 180 degreease, while my Game Capture runs on the monitor BEHIND ME.

Now I know what your thinking, "Can't you just bring your Xbox over to your desk?" No. My desk is fucking tiny. It can bairly fit a laptop, extra monitor and speakers and mouse and shit.

Yesterday, i found an old television of mine from years ago. Now, most people would think, "Hey, here is an extra monitor. It might be shitty because it's just a television but oh well..." I can't fit it on my desk and my laptop only has one output port, a hdmi getting used by the other monitor.

I thought to myself that I could put the old TV beside the new one that my xbox is on then run a 5 metre HDMI to it from my laptop. So I went on amazon and bought a 5 metre HDMI and set my crazy idea up.

I got it all up and (surprize) it looked stupid, but it would get the job done so it didnt matter. So, i have GTA up on my Xbox going to my Big Television and I have Audacity & Elgato Game Capture up on my old shitty TV. I had both them up because I've had instences of them both fucking up while recording.

It's a shitty set-up but it gets the job done...FOR LIVE COMMENTARY BY MYSELF.

I get on Dsicord with my buddy so we can try and record something together. I stick on my headphones going into my laptop...and I don't hear him, but I can see he's talking on Discord.

It turns out ALL AUDIO FROM THE LAPTOP WAS GOING THOROUGH THE OLD TELEVISION. I audably shout "FUCK IT" and switch off all my devices and just lie down and cry because of my shitty set-up. This can all be fixed though...

Here is my Question.

Is there anyway of having audio ONLY from a certain program go through PC instead of my Shitty, Old, Bettered-Up fuckin' TV.
