My shadow play settings are 720 60 fps and when i start recording the games i don't see any performance hit. My games are running well over 60 fps (120 to even 200 fps) and when I go take a look at the file after i am done the videos are recorded in a range from 23 to 45 fps. the videos look really choppy due to the fps is there any fix for this? its been happening since i have been using Win 10 64 bit and i did some research to take out the Xbox DVR thing but the problem still persist.
