Plex not direct playing on xbox one

Hi,

Im trying to work out why a friends xbox one isn't direct playing media when mine does, One example is a video file with a resolution of 720x404 and when I check the current streams on plexpy it says it's converting the file to 571x320

All his settings are set to direct play and original. The server is remote so not a problem with me connecting local.

Any help is appreciated and if I've missed anything let me know
