XBOX ONE WON'T DISPLAY ANYTHING BUT LOW-RES (640 X 480)? ("No signal" issue?) PLEASE HELP

Out of nowhere today my Xbox stopped connecting to my tv when I booted it up. I was getting the "No signal" message.

I did all the fixes (powered down, unplugged, etc.). I managed to get it to boot up and display in low res (640 x 480) but when I go to the settings to switch back to HD, the screen flicks off and goes back to "No signal". I can't even get it to go 720p.

I've checked the cables, even replaced the HDMI cable I'm using for the xbox and nothing. I thought maybe it's the tv that's going (7yr old Sony Bravia) but it has no problems whatsoever displaying my HD cable.

Anyone have any thoughts? THANKS IN ADVANCE!
