Windows 10/Xbox One streaming problem

Hello everyone,

1080p60 streaming is choppy on my PC.

My PC and my Xbox One are wired via Ethernet, so there are no network issues.

The problem is that my GPU (Radeon 5770) does not support hardware accelerated (DXVA) H.264 1080p60 videos. 720p60 or 1080p30 play fine though. I have the exact same issue on YouTube and MPC-HC.

The thing is, I'm able to tweak YouTube/MPC-HC settings and disable hardware acceleration if needed.

So, is there any way to disable 1080p60 H.264 hardware acceleration? My CPU (Intel Q9550) is fast enough to decode 1080p60 in real time.

Alternatively, is there any way to select 720p60 hardware-accelerated streaming? I'd prefer it compared to 1080p30 (60fps > 30fps).

Low/Medium/High/Very High are kinda vague, even though I know that Very High is 1080p60.
