Provide any additional details you wish below.

So this is my current build, i've had it since 2011 and it was my very first own gaming PC ever, i remember spending around 3000EGP ~ 400$ on it and i used to run each and every new game on it flawlessly but as you can see it's starting to show it's age, However i was still able to get a not-so-bad/playable performance on many of this year's title like the Witcher 3, MGS V and fallout 4 (best year for gaming ever) with the later on the lowest settings.

I didn't have the money to upgrade last year and my parents couldn't help but i worked for the last 4 months and managed to save 7000EGP ~ 900$ and as you might have guessed i don't want to just burn it all in one go, i prefer not to make a completely new build but upgrade on what i have.

The obvious thing that comes to my mind is to get a new CPU, GPU and a new power supply to support them (thinking something like an i7 4770 & a GTX 960) ( is it realistic ?) but the main point is that i want to minimize my purchase to things i need only and keep the thing i already have so that i can invest more into the CPU & GPU that they would live long enough with me -like my current build- because i don't think i'll be able to save this kind of money again soon.

Any advice would be helpful as i'm very lost here, can i still use my current Motherboard? Will a new GPU ( 3 ~ 4 GB) require a newer motherboard ? Should i just descend to peasant-hood and buy an xbox one ? ( the 1TB fifa 16 bundle one would cost me 550$ here )

Thank you for reading.
