Help with exporting to youtube.

So. As a first time twitch streamer and youtuber. i had a highlight uploaded to youtube. only thing it processed in 360p when i stream in 720p.

does it take longer to process in 720 and is it doing it without me really seeing it?

Also is there a way to split voice audio from game audio after its been recorded on twitch? i stream from xbox so i can't record my voice separately?

Edit: Ok, so it did ninja process into 720p but still need help with separate chat audio/ Video audio
