The bright sides of gaming with integrated graphics

So for a few months now I've been grinding on Intel integrated graphics 530. As everyone can assume, it's like wearing a sandpaper suit. Reason being I wanted a quality build, but don't have the cash all at once so I figure something is better than nothing until I have the final pieces (better psu, gpu). So to ease the pain, I'm going to make a list of the bright sides of integrated graphics. Hope all you masterracers enjoy laughing at my igpu woes!

  1. My computer puts out no heat. My cpu never gets over 50c because 6600k and hyper 212 evo (which hilariously, I didn't think about the size of before I bought, and doesn't fit in my case so I keep the side panel off, which I imagine helps with airflow)

  2. My 400w psu was like $17. I know I'll have to get a better one, but at the time it was a nice break in price from everything else

  3. In most games at 720p, I still have better graphics than an xbox 360 and get a stable fairly high fps, which I know isn't saying much, but I haven't had a lot of experience with better graphics so not much else to compare it too. It's better this way for now.

  4. Since the integrated graphics driver doesn't hardly allow you to do anything worth a damn, I don't have to worry about using it at all. Just make sure it's updated every once in a while, and that's that.

Well folks that's all I got, and I struggled to think of that many. Thanks for reading!
