So I just got an HDMI to DVI cable so I could hook up my xbox one to my monitor in my room. When I powered up the xbox one, it looked very low quality to me and when I went to my settings, it only allowed me to choose 640x480 resolution.
Something has to be wrong right? Ive been using an hdmi to DVI adapter for my laptop on the exact same monitor for the last two years and its always been full 1080 resolution. Even when I had my xbox 360 hooked up to the same monitor, it had full 1080 resolution (or 720, i dont remember what the 360 was)
So can someone please help? Monitor is an LG Flatron W2061TQ and the HDMI to DVI cable is a Blue Rigger cable from Amazon.
