First of all, I know there are a bunch of Minecraft related builds here. I've built PCs when I was younger and remember computer parts would go obsolete real real fast. I've searched and noticed there weren't any recent builds that also fit my needs. So Im hoping current prices will allow me to build a minecraft-only machine fairly cheap with your assistance of course

MINECRAFT ONLY. Nephews are 5 years old. I'm wondering since I only plan to have minecraft running on this machine will 2GB of RAM be enough?
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)
My nephews play minecraft on xbox one. Unfortunately, xbox one versions doesnt have cool mods. So now Im building a pc for them. I understand Minecraft is not a graphics intensive game. So my question is will my nephews notice a big difference going from xbox one minecraft to an AMD APU integrated graphics? Is there a difference in running Minecraft 460p versus 720p? The graphics look so pixelated. Are there cool minecraft mods where having great graphics card will come in handy?
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
100 to 150. i don't plan to upgrade any time soon and only minecraft will be running on this computer.
