Since I got my Xbox One I have been playing on a 32 inch 720p and I believe 30hz Samsung tv. I mostly play FPS games such as COD and I have always felt like I would get killed before I even saw the enemy. Now with Black Ops 3 Out I feel like this happens a lot more. I think it may also have to do with the TTK in BO3 being low. So would a 60hz monitor solve this problem? And also, what monitor would you recommend?
