Something that I came across that might be an issue for some of you out there. This has been an issue I've solved for a week now but I have to do it every time I upload now.
- Go to the Enhancements tab in the Editing section and load it up but don't adjust anything other than clicking SAVE and what ever pops up acknowledging you want to save.
It will (re-evaluate?) work on the video and over a couple hours it will bring the video up to your file's output resolution. It fixed all my 720p30fps videos and got them to my rendered 1080p60fps on all platforms (PC,Xbox, Mobile,Wii, so on)
I hope this helps some of you guys out there, and just in case you might want to check what resolution your videos are currently scaled at, to see if it has effected you too.
