Build Help:
Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)
yes
What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
80% gaming, 15% school work (matlab, microsoft office, ...)
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)
I would like my PC to perform in the medium to high performance range. Minimum screen resolution is 720p, but I would prefer 1080p.
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
Roughly $800. I am willing to spend more if the more expensive part will make the PC run much better.
In what country are you purchasing your parts?
US

Provide any additional details you wish below.
I intend to use this PC for games such as Fallout 4, StarWars Battlefront, and many upcoming games in the future. The plan is for this PC to replace my Xbox 360 and my dying laptop.
I hopefully do not need to buy an operating system as my school offers windows and office for free. However the website states: "Please note that in order to download and install the Windows Upgrade, you must have an existing operating system already installed on your machine." Does this mean I would not be able to install windows onto the PC for free?
I am also in need of a monitor, but I do not know much about them. If anybody has any suggestions that would be fantastic
Thanks again for your help
