Trying out Streaming. I've done a lot of testing to get the best audio/video I can. I have some questions.

My setup: - Using OBS, Hauppague HDPVR 2, 720p Webcam

I have the PVR going into my PC, and using the Happague Capture program. OBS is selected to stream the preview off of Hauppague Captures screen via a sub region. I did try using the built in Twitch App on the X1, but didn't think the video was as good. I do have my PC and X1 wired to my network, which gets 50-80mbps down AND up. That should be more than enough.

I started without any downscaling, but I read that unless your partnered with Twitch, you can't do 1080p. I downscaled to 720p. Here is the result. I'm still working on a way to get better audio than to drag my desktop headset over to my couch. Should I be downscaling? IF so, what filter will give me the best looking picture? I tried 16 and 32, and really couldn't tell the difference.

Am I using the twitch app wrong? I used the Knect camera, but honestly, thought it looked like crap compared to my cheap 720p webcam. Should I use Windows 10 to play XBox and stream from there? I only have 1 monitor though, is this possible? Will the picture not be clear enough? I had the Hauppague for likely 2+ years now. I did do some youtubing back in the day, but stopped because life just got to be to much. I want to start back up because I had fun doing it, and interacting with "fans." I want to eventually get those great Twitch Alerts when someone subs, but don't think I can do so while only using the Twitch App on the X1. Its why i'm trying to do this via PVR.

I guess ultimatly what i'm asking, is knowing my equipment and options, what is the best way to get the best looking picture I can.
