Oops Capture Card Question!

Well I just posted this on the wrong account so I'm gonna post it on this one instead just to be copacetic.

I know this question has probably been asked a thousand times and I could probably go find some videos about it but, I've gotten a lot of good advice from this subreddit and I like engaging with the community.

Right now I currently stream my Xbox using my Xbox app and Windows 10. This is quick and dirty and gets the job done but it's by no means the best solution. (Some games don't look as good, the app itself crashes a lot, the party system doesn't work reliably, etc etc.)

I'm looking to grab a capture card. I would like one that is relatively affordable and that is pretty easy to set up. I'm not partnered so I'm streaming down scaled to 720 at 30 fps and that works just fine for me. Any advice or recommendations would be great. I would like a USB powered one for now with the intention of maybe moving to a PCI slotted one in the future.
