How is GTA V on the PS3? Frame rate and Resolution specifically.

Hi! So my friend is going to let me borrow her copy so that i can play through the campaign and i was wondering how bad the frame rate gets. I know this is a great game that pushed the limits of the consoles, but with frame rates of 20-30 as i played GTA IV on my laptop with that FPS.

Also, i've read the xbox 360 version has issues with pop in unless you don't install both discs or something. Does the PS3 version have these issues?

Oh and how does the game look on a 720p Tv set? AFAIK it runs at native 720p right?

Oh and any Game recommendations would be awesome. For reference i enjoy things like GTA, Hatsune Miku PJD, Fairy Fencer F as well as things like Life Is Strange and the TellTale TWD series.
