I wish to stream games like League of Legends from my computer and stream destiny and CoD zombies through my El Gato HD60 from my Xbox one. Currently having trouble streaming through my laptop. I wish to stream 720p at 60fps.

I already have a antec 900 tower.
If you can't tell I am on a VERY tight budget.
My questions are as follows:
1. Will this build work together?
2. Will this meet my needs?
3. Can I get anymore bang for my buck. (total 175$ on amazon for all of this)
