[Tech] Xbox One started flickering static? (Video)

Just yesterday I started having this issue with my console (flickering at the 2, 11, and 13 second marks): https://vid.me/VwCr

I have troubleshooted and it's definitely not a problem with my cables, my projector, or anything else that's plugged-in. Seems to be the Xbox itself.

My question: Is this something that people have run into before? I've been looking around and can't find anything like it. I know that some Xbox Ones have faulty HDMI ports, but I've had mine since day one without any issues and I still mostly have video.

Is it possible that this is somehow caused by the new Preview Program update that was installed a few days ago? I haven't used my console much since then, so it could be that. Can't seem to log in to the Preview Program community page to ask.

I'm just trying to figure out if I need to send my console in for repairs or wait for a software update. Thanks for any help!

EDIT: I accidentally fixed it! My Xbox display resolution was set to 1080p even though my projector outputs at 720p. I've never had an issue with it before, but for some reason (maybe because of the new Preview update) that caused some stuttering. Setting my Xbox's resolution to 720p fixed it.

Just in case anyone else comes across this with the same problem. Thanks for the help, everyone!
