Streaming questions

Hey,

I'm using a Macbook Pro, OBS, Elgato HD60 & the console i'm using is the xbox one.

When streaming my stream always pauses & lags, the quality of the stream is very bad.

Could the problem be my Macbook isn't powerful enough?

Here are the specs.

Processor 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5.

4GB 1067 MHz DDR3.

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 256 MB

If my MacBook is powerful enough to maintain a 720p stream, could it be my OBS settings are incorrect? What are the correct OBS settings for the output etc.

Could it be my internet?

I have a 30 ping at worst, 72 download speed, 15 upload speed.
