Call me lazy but..

Call me lazy for not wanting to build my own computer, but I'm looking for a solid rig for gaming &or streaming that can be upgraded in the future as needed. I currently ONLY game on an Xbox One and live-stream to Twitch with a 2011 MacBook Pro and am finally giving into a PC. I am not into PC gaming (yet) but would like to find something that can allow me to play and stream in 1080p 60fps simultaneously if I happen to get into that route. My budget is $500.

*EDIT - Streaming in 720p 60fps is an option as well. As long as it's possible to upgrade the parts necessary if I wanted to go higher in the future.
