With an 8 core Exynos 7420 chip and 4 gigs of ram, what kind of performance boost can we expect to see and do with the consumer Gear VR?

Will we be able to get positional tracking? What kind of graphics boost will this allow? Lightfields? I'm just spitballing here, but curious with the new leak of info what kind of difference the next Gear VR will have to the past two.
