Unique difficulties with my device (Samsung Galaxy s5).

Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Gsmarena

I upgraded from a s3 to the s5 on Black Friday last year. It's nice and I had no problems with it until March.

For some reason, when I turn on my phone, I receive no phone calls, no text messages, and no voice mails (from when my phone was turned off). I still have LTE service and can use that access for the internet, play store, games that require a network connection, and all that.

The instant that I make a phone call, the device "wakes up", and I get every voice mail and text that I've missed.

I've done ##72786#, and it's done nothing to help. I called sprint and they took my device off network and back on, I've manage to duplicate my problem for the call center, a licensed retailer, and a corporate store. I had the phone replaced under my replacement plan, and I even was the proud owner of a Note 4 for about 48 hours, but the problem even duplicated itself with another device. That tells me that the problem is on Sprint's end and not my Galaxy 5.

Any ideas on troubleshooting this? The only thing keeping me here is my unlimited plan.

Edit: Another thing I've noticed is that if I shut off the WiFi, it will turn back on and reacquire the WiFi connection. Is this normal? My Galaxy s3 did not do this.
